There's so much construction going on, but we're slowly beginning to see the end of the tunnel. The drop ceilings that will conceal the new HVAC and fire-suppression system is hung, and we're slowly getting the panels put in as we clear the need for access to the areas.

Helping us finish strong
Investing in 1212 is more than just investing money in a building. It’s investing in the life renewal of the men who have worked hard to complete the renewal program and begin a flourishing life of wholeness in the community.
1212 Community House is targeted to launch in February, 2022. We are in the final renovation stages and are beginning to furnish the house with the necessary furniture and appliances. We want to invite your Church to consider partnering with us in the launch of this exciting and impactful new ministry of Peoria Rescue Ministries. There are several ways to partner with us and help make the vision of 1212 become a reality.
All of the appliance and furniture items that we will be buying for these rooms and areas will be high grade commercial items that will last for many years.
- Option 1 – APARTMENT LIVING ROOM FURNISHING PARTNERS - $2,500: These living area rooms will consist of furniture like: small couches, lounge chairs, 2-4 person dining room tables and chairs, end tables, lamps, microwaves, small refrigerators.
- Option 2 - APARTMENT BEDROOM FURNISHING PARTNERS - $4,000: Bedroom furniture consisting of dressers, beds, wardrobe closets and night stands to furnish 12 bedrooms.
- Option 3 - COMMUNITY ROOMS FURNISHING PARTNERS - $6,000.00: The community rooms include the main gathering areas and community kitchen. Furniture will consist of large size couches, 4-person dining room tables and chairs and occasional chairs. In addition, the appliances for the main living areas in the building would include large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, deep freezer, two (2) washers and dryers, two (2) large flat screen TV’s etc.
- OPTION 4 – REGISTRY PARTNER: Beyond the Room Partnerships, we have many smaller in price items that we have placed on the Target registry that would be great opportunities for more people to get involved in. Follow this link to the registry.
