Role Description: This role requires a follower of Jesus with a heart of compassion and a desire to use your gifts to assist with the initial intake process and lead guests within our guidelines while they reside at PRM residential facilities. Assist in overseeing daily operations, maintain the integrity of the facility, build Christ-centered relationships, advise and share the gospel with guests. Assists RM Coordinator and Guest Advocates with security and implementation of case management goals with program participants. Direct overnight/emergency guests with PRM services available and encourage those guests to join the renewal community. Assist Chaplaincy with the Gospel Presentation video as needed.

Schedule
- Evening shift Monday - Sunday 3 pm - 9 pm and 3 pm - 11 pm
- Some weekend Day shift availability
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand or sit for extended periods of time, walk, kneel, lift up to 25lbs.
Experience/Skills Requirements
- Must maintain staff and client confidentiality.
- Must maintain open, friendly, and harmonious atmosphere among office personnel and clients.
- Must interact with care for a wide variety of clients experiencing a variety of challenges in a Gospel-centered grace and truth manner.
- Must possess good oral/written communication skills and excellent social skills in working with a wide variety of clients.
- Must have basic computer skills and the ability to operate office equipment (i.e. voicemail, fax/copier/scanner, word processing, and using scheduling, calendaring, and client database software, etc.)
- Must be willing to care for physical office space and waiting room by ensuring cleanliness, restocking office supplies, and overseeing the maintenance of office equipment.
- Must coordinate counseling center activities, meetings, and gatherings as an assistant to the director of counseling.

Role Description: PRM’s new CFO/Business Director will serve on their Ministry Executive Leadership Team and provide leadership for their Business Team. The CFO/Business Director will perform a pivotal role in implementing change while maintaining stability within PRM. There is room for innovation and a strong foundation to build upon.

Key Responsibilities
Provide management and execution in the areas of:
Finance/Accounting:
Assist in developing and maintaining excellence and security in all finance policies and procedures.
Ensure that the Business Team members are trained, scheduled, and led with excellence.
Work with an outside accounting firm for annual Audits and Tax Filings
Consult with Legal Counsel as necessary in all areas of Ministry compliance.
Information Technology:
Oversee internal or external vendors, contractors, or providers for Core IT solutions
Assist in Software Systems selection and implementation
Human Resources:
Manage all employment-related paperwork, Payroll & Benefits services
Participate with Area Directors in Personnel Matters
Encourage and develop opportunities for spiritual and skill growth among staff
What a strong candidate would look like:

Strong Business and Financial Management Acumen and Experience managing Finance/Accounting, HR, and IT
Ability to balance and maintain several ongoing projects in a dynamic environment
Excellent organizational leadership and administrative skills
Adherence to PRM’s Employee Affirmations, including abstaining from partaking in alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana, is required upon hire and continuously while employed
